Terms & Conditions

Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, we will not accept returns on products purchased after 3/1/2020. Items included are Disposable Gloves, Disposable Protective Clothing, Goggles, Safety Glasses, Disposable Face Masks, and Face shields. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable until further notice.

Shipping

F.O.B. Shipping Point: Houston, Texas. Under the terms of "FOB shipping point," title of the goods passes to the buyer at the shipping point.

All shipments leaving our facility are inspected and signed for by the carrier. Most orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and weight/size of the shipment.

Once an order has left our facility, Texas PPE & Services will not be responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies.

Texas PPE & Services will not be held responsible in the event the customer is not available for delivery or the customer refuses delivery.

Texas PPE & Services is a web-based business and does not offer order pick-ups, all orders must be shipped from our facility.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Limitation of Liability

In all circumstances, Texas PPE & Services maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Texas PPE & Services will not, under any circumstance, be held liable for any claim or action that exceeds this liability limit. Texas PPE & Services will not be liable for any third-party claims for damages against the customer, nor for malfunction of product, cause of delays, interruption of service, or loss of business.

Claims

All claims must be reported within 3 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Please, inspect your order thoroughly immediately upon arrival. To Create a Ticket please click here.

Please open one ticket only and provide us with all the necessary information e.g. incorrect item, shortage, broken items etc. Attach digital images depicting the issue at hand and upload group images if the problem extends to more than one item. Texas PPE & Services will require visual of all affected items and will either find a prompt resolution or contact you in the event additional information is required.
